I have to say I am sick of the so called photographers walking the thin line between entertainment and stalking. Looking at the car this Teenager was getting out of I am not sure she could have done it any better then she had with that dress on. You can blame her, blame the Hilton who really I cannot even understand how he got famous anyway. I say I agree and the photographer who took this photo is the one that should be getting in trouble. Just because you got a photo of her under parts does not mean you have to publish it and any photographer worth a grain of salt would have though, this could be child porn and known better. I say change the laws in CA so these predators stop and leave these people alone.

Anyone still saying she wasn’t wearing underwear is an idiot, go look at the damn pic WITHOUT the black bar.

And even if she wasn’t wearing any maybe people should whine more about the photographer who took and released the pic as well as Miley for being scummy going commando… unless she likes giving the world a show.
